Senior Technical Lead

1.The Consultant must have delivered at least two (2) IBM Identity Management Solution projects for large (over 10 million users) government or ecommerce type web sites.
2.The Consultant must have successfully delivered IBM Identity Management Solution projects with progressive authentication for State governments as a whole or large State Departments / Local Governments (over 10 million users) internal and / or external systems.
3.The Consultant must have demonstrated experience with maintenance & operational support of cloudbased IBM Identity Management Solutions leveraging IBM Security Verify and virtualized IBM Security Access Manager appliances.

Qualifications Desirable
The Consultant may choose whether to meet any of the following Staff Desirable Qualifications:
1.The Consultant has successfully delivered at least one (1) IBM Identity Management Solution project with user selfregistration and care with identity proofing of at least the NIST IAL2 level.
2.The Consultant has delivered two (2) or more highly available and scalable IBM Identity Management infrastructure solutions in a containerized cloud hosting environment.
3.The Consultant has delivered and supported IBM WebSphere applications in AWS PCI compliant environments.

1.Minimum five (5) years IBM Security Verify either onpremises or cloud hosted and related Identity Management component implementations.
2.Minimum five (5) years Identity federation and SingleSignOn (SSO) implementations.
3.Minimum five (5) years IBM WebSphere environment configuration and management.
4.Minimum five (5) years Identity verification service integrations such as LexisNexis or similar.
5.Minimum four (4) years Major eCommerce or government services digital delivery platform IAM integrations (10M users or more).
6.Minimum four (4) years IBM Directory Server or IBM Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) products.
7.Minimum four (4) years Ansible scripts for automate deployment and maintenance tasks.
8.Minimum four (4) years IBM Security Verify (or comparable IBM product) technical design support and training documentation creation and delivery.

1.Minimum two (2) years of experience on projects with California that are performed in accordance with the California State Administrative Manual (SAM) and California Statewide Information Management Manual (SIMM) standards.
2.Minimum two (2) years of experience Supporting IBM Security Verify or Comparable Cloud IDaaS.
3.Minimum two (2) years of experience IBM Integration Bus (IIB) Representational State Transfer (REST) Application Programming Interface (API) implementation.
4.Minimum two (2) years of experience Containerization of WebSphere applications into Liberty.
