- Basic salary : up to MYR 15K (basic) plus overridding.
- Ensures that the branch meets all our customers needs in accordance with the Sales and Aftersales CSI targets.
- Responsible for the overall performance of the branch in the sales and profitability of;
- i) New Car
- ii) Parts & accessories
- iii) Service operations
- Manages the overall branch operations efficiently and effectively for maximization of productivity and profitability.
- Ensures that the branch meets its overall business turnover PBIT and ROAIC targets.
- Plan business strategies which are aligned to the company mission and vision.
- Oversee and guide the developed plans and annual sales / expenses budget in line with the overall Company s budget.
- Ensures compliance towards Principal standards & requirements and other statutory requirements of local Authorities.
- Setting up adequate control measures in sales and aftersales process to ensure compliance towards company / government policy and business ethics.
- Plan the manpower requirements select and recruit the right personnel for the branch.
- Adhere strictly and implement accordingly the company s accounting policies about discount structure claims cash transactions etc. SOP from the finance side.
- Monitor the automotive industry analyze forecast business segment and deliver market share sales volume and profitability.
- Identify and initiate development programs to raise the quality and productivity of all employees.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in business administration automotive management finance or a related field is required. Masters degree or additional certifications is a plus point.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu English and Mandarin.
- Extensive experience in the automotive industry is essential preferably in a management or leadership role.
- Previous experience as a sales manager general manager or in a similar position within a dealership is highly valued.
- Proficient in financial analysis budgeting forecasting and interpreting financial reports.
- Knowledge of advertising promotions pricing strategies and customer relationship management.
- A thorough understanding of automotive industry regulations compliance standards and legal requirements.
- Having a basic understanding of automotive technology including vehicle features specifications and maintenance requirements.
- Possess strong business development skills to identify opportunities for growth expansion and improvement within the dealership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred. - Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English. - Proficiency in Mandarin would be a plus point but not mandatory. - Extensive experience in after-sales service management within the automotive industry. - Proven track record of progressively responsible roles, including leadership and managerial positions. - Familiarity with automotive after-sales service processes, including maintenance, repairs, spare parts management, and warranty services. - Proven experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and change management. - Ability to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and address customer concerns effectively. - Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. - Experience in optimizing the procurement process for spare parts and services. - Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges in after-sales operations. - Familiarity with automotive technology and the ability to leverage technology solutions for process optimization. - Experience in implementing and managing software systems relevant to after-sales services.
