Job Summary:
As a Presales for Microsoft Managed Services you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise ensuring effective solution design and delivering compelling presentations to potential clients. Utilizing your indepth knowledge of Microsoft technologies cloud services and managed services you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Support & Managed Services business.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to define client requirements address technical inquiries and advise on optimal solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies and managed services.
- Conduct indepth technical presentations demonstrations and workshops to educate clients on the value proposition and benefits of our Support & Managed Services.
- Identify customer pain points gather technical requirements and perform detailed solution scoping and design to meet client needs.
- Develop customized client proposals and statements of work (SOWs) that outline the technical solution service timeline and the associated costs.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth transition and handover from presales to delivery maintaining a strong communication channel and effectively managing client expectations.
- Stay uptodate with the latest Microsoft technologies certifications and industry developments applying this knowledge to enhance sales strategies and promote continuous improvement of our managed services & support offerings.

Certification Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Azure cloud services Office 365 SharePoint Exchange and Windows Server.
- Microsoft certifications such as MCSE or MCSA are highly desirable.
Technical skills
- Proven experience as a Presales or similar role with focus on Microsoft technologies and other Infrastructure services is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Azure cloud services Office 365 SharePoint Exchange and Windows Server.
- Solid understanding of managed services models service level agreements (SLAs) and ITIL best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills showcasing the value and benefits of our Microsoft Managed Services offerings.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Microsoft certifications such as MCSE or MCSA are highly desirable.
