Tasks

• Provide expert legal advice and support in commercial and corporate law matters.
• Serve as a key advisor on a wide range of legal issues including commercial contracts corporate governance mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance.
• Draft review and negotiate commercial agreements including but not limited to sales contracts distribution agreements licensing agreements and service contracts.
• Advise on corporate structuring restructurings and other corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify legal risks and provide strategic guidance to mitigate them.
• Support the legal team in managing and resolving disputes and litigation.

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland or Germany
• Fluency in English and German
• Bar admission is a plus
• Min. 8 years of PQE as inhouse legal counsel in the pharma industry
• Expertise in commercial and corporate law
