As a Spanish speaking Customer Support Specialist you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels. You ll have the opportunity to engage with diverse clientele through telephone email and online chats primarily in the Spanish language. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment processing relevant information into databases nurturing customer relationships and effectively resolving queries during your shifts. Additionally you ll be expected to tackle additional tasks assigned by managers or shift supervisors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via telephone email and online chats in Spanish
  • Taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
  • Processing and organizing pertinent information into designated databases
  • Building and managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Proactively solving problems that arise during your shifts
  • Assuming full responsibility for addressing customerrelated queries
  • Performing supplementary tasks as directed by managers or shift supervisors

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Spanish as a home or first language is essential
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent communication skills (reading writing and speaking)
  • Willingness to work flexible shift rotations based on organizational and client requirements
  • High school qualification or equivalent education
  • Minimum of one year of postqualification work experience
