Accounting Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles exceptional analytical skills and a passion for accuracy. Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger entries.

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports records and general ledger accounts.

• Assist with monthend and yearend close processes.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

• Assist with audits and tax filings as needed.

• Provide support to the finance team as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field.

• 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

• Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
