Role & responsibilities
1. Plan and coordinate production engineering processes daily to produce highquality products.
2. Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
3. Proper daytoday production postings in SAP.
4. Delivering the set targets by the Management.
5. Maintaining the Workflow checklist as per QMS guidelines for Batch Production.
6. Maintaining the Day to Production reports in the form of Excel.
7. Training Operators on Production SOP.
8. Planning of inventory for Batch Production.
9. Monitoring machine and Manpower for better outputs
10. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to the Manager immediately.
11. Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations as per QMS.
12. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
13. Maintaining the GDP and GMP on the production floor.
14. Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
15. Maintaining log books and other documents related to daily production activity.
16. Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
17. Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
18. Develop best practices to improve production capacity quality and reliability.
Investigate problems analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
