About the Business Line Program, Cost, Consultancy We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public- and private-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM) that will have responsibility for the overall direction & management for a design and construction contract. Ensureing on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. The PM has responsiblility for Contract activities and commercial performances to meet project goals & objectives. Ideally we are looking for a candidate with a minimum 10+ years of related work experience, a broad general engineering background, an international consulting background and previous Middle East design and construction management experience on similar or related project types. Duties & Responsibilities • Acting as the Company representative for all day to day Contract matters with the Client during the program execution. Negotiating changes to the scope of work with the client and contractors. Responsible for following up on instructions & commitments associated with the project. • Overseeing establishment of Package specific briefs, contracts and procedures. Assists the Project Director on matters that cross between Precincts. • Establishing the program requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
