100% Remote EST work hours

Position Summary

Reporting into the Project Management Office this role will support the Content Management System (CMS) development team on all projects and initiatives.

Major Responsibilities

Project Management & Scrum Master blend:

Ability to manage an assortment of small medium & large development projects successfully according to the expectations of key stakeholders.

Effectively facilitate agile scrum ceremonies. As Scrum Master act as main point of contact for all CMS related tasks velocity tracking and cross team dependency tracking and management.

Interact with technical partners to communicate business requirements and be able to communicate technical constraints and/or issues with businesses in terms they can understand.

Collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure the product backlog is continuously prioritized and maintained.

Ensure proper acceptance criteria definition of ready and done for requirements.

Anticipate potential project roadblocks and proactively implement solutions in real time.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining tasks timelines and resource requirements & management.

Facilitate internal and external communications (e.g. task coordination progress

tracking/reporting dependency management). Communication and Process/Operations:

Demonstrate clear concise effective verbal and written communications.

Lead the creation of project and product status updates for your teams based on a deep and continuously evolving understanding of the NBAs business and objectives.

Required Education/Professional Experience

Minimum of 35 years of experience in Platform development and consumer facing product experience

Experience delivering website digital CMS or Digital Experience related projects.

Experience with WordPress other CMS tools/platforms

Expertise in modern project management tools and standard methodologies such as Agile/CSM Lean and planning tools

Experience working with common industry tools; JIRA Confluence Smartsheet (or equivalent)

Required Skills/ Knowledge/ Experience

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to lead multiple subprojects at once.

Team player; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in developing a roadmap of requirements.

Experience collaborating across teams to keep alignment on digital transformation efforts. and

assure collaboration and best practices.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Highly Qualified Applicants will have:

A passion for basketball

Relevant experience within the sports media industry

Experience working with AVOD TVOD and SVOD

Familiarity with platform specific design guidelines and partner integrations
