For our client a multinational company providing integrated solutions for the automation with commercial residential and industrial applications we are looking for NATIONAL SALES MANAGER to spearhead their sales operations across the US.

Mission:

The ideal candidate will manage train and develop the sales team to drive revenue growth spearhead expansion and establish standards of excellence for culture sales processes compliance and industry best practices.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives define sales goals and monitor performance indicators.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets.
  • Enhance sales organization effectiveness improve productivity and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Provide sales forecasts reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing Product Development and Finance to ensure alignment in sales strategies.
  • Cultivate a culture of learning train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge pricing and promotions to communicate with customers effectively.

Main requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering marketing business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets driving revenue growth and improving productivity.
  • Excellent verbal written and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Leadership
  • Proficient in using CRM software Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel (60%) and attend trade shows training and customer visits.

Florida
