Technical Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Excellent employment opportunity for a Technical Services Coordinator in the Columbus OH area.
• Creation and maintenance of GBS Master Data for materials and components in support of Packaging Engineering.
• Management of documents and workflows (technical data component specifications Master Packaging Specification technical elements for product labeling) in IDEA/Veeva systems.
• Testing technical document attributes and properties to support migration from current electronic document management system to new system.
• Other Master Data Management activities as assigned

Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated computer skills with the ability to enter data into and retrieve information from various document systems such as Word Excel Acrobat and Outlook.
• Experience working in enterprise systems such as SAP and/or document management systems is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Experience working in a regulated industry/environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform independent work requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
