Role & responsibilitiesMS Dynamics 365 ?case management functional resources who works closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome.You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques.All candidates should be co-located and working from the same office. Suppliers are requested to respond to all roles under the Project name Microsoft Dynamics Case Management - Cloud Migration, so that we can select one supplier across all roles.Note that the RR type is mentioned as Single Supplier Location (SSL).Selected Vendor shall provide dedicated MSD Centre of Excellence (CoE) support throughout the project suggesting/recommending the best practices, accelerators, help with POCs where required and assign a senior resource primarily working from offshore but can travel onsite when required to lead the overall initiative
