To ensure our customers have a memorable & magical customer journey in our stores whilst providing a knowledgeable product styling experience.
What does success look like in this role
- Having full knowledge of our products and instore services.
- Greeting & assisting customers providing advice and guidance on styling.
- Creating a loyal customer base & making efficient sales.
