Floating to any IMC at the organization patient ratios 1:3 in IMC.

Number of Beds: 32 (20 Medical 12 Neuro ICU)

Patient Ratios: 1:2

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience

Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience

Type of Patients on Unit: This 20 bed Medical Intensive Care Unit in a tertiary care and teaching institute. Patients cared for on this unit are primarily those with medical complications related to sepsis ARDS GI bleeds DKA and others.

Personality Fit: Candidate must be focused on outstanding patient care team communication and their drive to excel not only a member of our organization but also as an individual.
