TASKS you will be doing:

• Branding: Use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to design captivating brand assets. Create and maintain templates for various branding purposes.
• Events: Organize comprehensive 360degree events from inception to execution ensuring brand consistency throughout. You will also develop and execute engaging online webinars.
• Social media: Craft creative and compelling copy for different social media platforms. Generate highquality visual content that aligns with the brands identity. Manage social media efficiently using marketing automation tools like Hootsuite.
• Videos: Edit and create impactful and meaningful videos that highlight the brand. Coordinate the entire video production process including scheduling interviews recording sessions and edition.
• Presentations: Utilize PowerPoint to create professional and engaging presentations. Employ dynamic tools for interactive presentations.
• Communications: Effectively manage mailings using Mailchimp to keep clients team members and followers informed about the latest news and events.
• Web: Maintain and update the brands website using platforms like Wordpress and Avada ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Analytics: Data mindset utilize advanced analytics tools to dissect data identify trends and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact and ROI.

REQUIREMENTS to be the best match:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in related positions.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role preferably working on an agency or in branding and communications scaleups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge in graphic design tools and video editing tools.
• Marketing certifications are a Plus.
• Knowledge in Marketing Salesforce is a Plus.
• You have good organizational time management and teamwork skills.
• You have great communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and writing).
• Bachelors degree in marketing Graphic Design Communications or related field.
