This is a remote position.

Job Summary:
Work collaboratively with the Technical Delivery Lead and the rest of the Salesforce team to deliver on work packages in a timely manner and implement great software solutions that add value to our members and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to successfully design develop and support Salesforce automation processes and workflows to streamline business processes in an agile environment as part of a team.
- Deliver Application product backlog items with high quality and fast speedtomarket creating automated workflows and user friendly lowcode solutions
- Identify and resolve bugs document problems and implement technical solutions ensuring all changes meet requirements. Rigorously test bug fixes before deployment to production.
- Build custom reports and dashboards to provide internal teams with valuable insights
Requirements
- Experience in full Salesforce development lifecycle including requirements gathering technical analysis and solution design implementation and quality assurance
- Proficiency in building and maintaining Salesforce flows and flow orchestration including process automation data manipulation and screenflows
- Desirable experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components Apex code (including triggers classes and test methods) Reports and Process builder
- Strong analytical and problemsolving aptitude
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 6AM3PM
