About the job

The ideal applicant will be comfortable controlling the complete building sites operations. They should be able to identify and resolve any potential risks in order to keep workers safe. This applicant should have previous expertise communicating project milestones to customers and other stakeholders as well as the ability to define a completion timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functioning of building projects.
• Ensure that safety compliance and quality standards are met.
• Communicate project progress to clients and project management.
• Manage subcontractors and the construction site organization.

Qualifications

• 3 5 years of experience in building Capable of managing projects and communicating effectively as well as reading construction documentation.
• Experience with regulatory construction requirements
