Job Title: HR Project Manager
Location: Alameda CA

Duration: 06 Months
Pay Range : $70.00 $ 75.00/hr on W2.

Description:

• This non exempt position will develop execute and manage HR projects within the defined scope. Projects will be related to increasing employee engagement fully maximizing employee networks consolidating diversity & inclusion efforts globally and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Works with business and HR management to establish project goals objectives and deliverables and executes accordingly.
• Assess the degree to which changes to scope issues and risks will affect projects working with department management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution.
• Measure performance & personal execution to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget.
• Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Gathers & provides lessons learned from sponsor and stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team and Department manager.
• Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• At the department level or provides assistance to HR Business Partners on ad hoc requests. Make decisions that impact project level activities.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Business Human Resources or related discipline.
• At least 3 yrs. experience in project management or human resources
