Years of experience in DI Pipe Quality Dept.
Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to understand the requirement related to customer / Specification requirements.
- Coordination with other departments
- Inspection Report preparation & Circulation
- Training of subordinates
- Monitoring & Cross checking of inspection activities.
- Equipment availability as per requirements
- Calibration of instruments
FUTURE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (35 YEARS)
Internal Auditor ISO9001 (35 Years)
Mandatory experience
- Monitoring & Cross checking of inspection activities.
- Inspection Report preparation & Circulation
- Monitoring & Cross checking of inspection activities.
- Training of subordinates
- Safety & Work Environment
Technical & Professional Competencies
- Problemsolving skills and ability to deal with manufacturing related issues
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to handle customer / Third party inspectors
Qualification Required
BE Mech AMIE & Diploma in Metallurgy/ Mechanical
customer,report preparation,training,calibration,circulation,availability,documentation
