• Project(s) and ProgramReporting. • Efficiently integrate the costschedule and document control elements of the work they aremanaging. • Successfully managed a team ofPlanners and other Technical teams where required. • Supervise Document Control and lead the development ofthe Document control system. • Develop andmaintain project information systems including informationaccumulation and reporting. • Work incoordination with the Contracts Department. • Project execution manual development andmaintenance. • Project management team equipmentand supplies management. • Review of sitecorrespondence and documents for compliance with provisions of thecontract documents. • Proper operation of theProject Execution Plan. • Periodic preparationand processing of site reports. • Management ofintramanagement correspondence (between the Site and DevelopmentOffices) for compliance with the provisions of the contractdocuments. • Maintenance of contract documents.Perform a contractual/commercial review of the tender submissionsand check the content for compliance with the instruction toTenders. • Process of contractordocuments.
