Location: New Jersey hybrid 23 days onsite
Skills Required:
- Bachelors Degree in IT or equivalent or in a related field.
- Proven experience in automation testing with a focus on Contact Center applications UI and API.
- Proficient in test automation framework and tools (eg: Selenium Cucumber).
- Experience with testing APIs using Postman RestAssured and/or Karate.
- Nice to have test automation experience in IVR / Call Routing using CYARA Hammer tools etc.
- Demonstrated Telephony QA skills.
- Knowledge and experience of testing in a Telephony solution.
- Knowledge of CI/CD process and tools (eg: Jenkins Gitlab).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced agile development environment.
Job Description:
- Primary responsibilities include test planning strategizing handson test creation and execution work.
- Design develop execute and maintain automated test scripts for the IVR system.
- Verify and validate the performance and reliability of the IVR system.
- Execute and analyze test results to identify and report system defects.
- Troubleshoot and debug system issues.
- Liaise with development teams to ensure that defects are addressed and resolved on time.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports to track progress.
- Work with other teams to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on automated testing procedures.
- Ensure customer experience is errorfree by implementing best practices.
- Develop and document testing plans and processes.
