Job Responsibilities

As an SAP developer in HCM you design process and IT landscapes. Our internal customers from the personnel areas of the individual companies represented all over Europe appreciate a holistic approach which includes an optimal application of the systems in the operating phase starting with the professional consulting at the beginning of the project through the project support. Within the scope of optimization projects of existing tools as well as in the implementation of innovative technologies (SAPUI5 / Fiori) you develop requirements catalogs as well as specifications and develop concepts also in the international environment. You also carry out customizing settings and programming tasks accompany test and training phases as well as the final production of the functionalities. You also ensure the troublefree operation of the SAP modules in the HCM environment. In your work you assume responsibility for (partial) projects and individual work packages. The goal: the highest possible customer satisfaction and ensuring the competitiveness of our internal IT processes.

Essential Skills

SAP HCM (atleast 2 years of relevant experience)

Good English language skills

IT business process modelling

Programming experience

Knowledge in the methodical structuring analysis and modeling of interdisciplinary business processes as in the usual methods of project management.

You have also accumulated practical programming experience.

You are expected to carry out activities in the presentation of project results by selfinitiative.
