Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laravel Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Laravel Team Lead you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Laravel developers to deliver highquality software solutions. You will play a key role in architecting designing and developing Laravelbased applications ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in PHP programming and Laravel framework along with proven leadership abilities to mentor and guide junior developers.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Laravel developers to ensure timely and highquality delivery of projects.
Architect design and develop robust Laravelbased applications.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements scope and deliverables.
Provide technical guidance code review and mentorship to junior developers.
Oversee project timelines resource allocation and task delegation to meet project milestones.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in Laravel applications.
Stay updated with Laravel best practices emerging technologies and industry trends.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
MustHave Skills Required:
Proficiency in PHP programming language and expertlevel knowledge of Laravel framework.
Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful API development.
Experience with database design and optimization using MySQL or similar relational databases.
Ability to write clean maintainable and welldocumented code following coding standards.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and leadership abilities to lead and motivate a team.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
GoodtoHave Skills:
Knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like Vue.js or React.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Understanding of Docker and containerization concepts.
Certification in Laravel or related technologies.
Education Required:
Graduate: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers BCA in Any Specialization.
PG: M.Tech MCA in Computers MS/M.Sc (Science) in Any Specialization.
