The Field Team Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in the business responsible for sourcing recruiting and onboarding new field teams across all divisions. The primary objective is to meet the business requirements by ensuring a steady influx of skilled field teams.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives:

• Source recruit and onboard new field teams in line with business needs.
• Liaise and coordinate with various departments to facilitate the onboarding process effectively.
• Conduct interviews and documentation verification for prospective field teams.
• Utilize various resources including Google and local networks for team sourcing including cold calling.
• Maintain effective communication and manage stakeholders throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

DaytoDay Duties:

• Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely interviews and documentation collection.
• Source new teams through online research and cold calling.
• Communicate with identified teams to guide them through the onboarding process.

Who we are looking for:

• Proficiency in phone communication and confident in cold calling.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
• Strong communication skills including escalation of issues and stakeholder management.

• Experience in office environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and reporting tools (desirable).
• Familiarity with Power BI (desirable).
• Experience in highvolume recruitment or supply chain onboarding processes (desirable).
