Title: Groupware Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Tallahassee FL

Estimated Duration: 5 months with possible extension (s)

Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US)

Musthave skills: 24 y of IT exp in programming and systems analysis; configuring services supporting monitoring and maintaining an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment; exp with groupware/messaging technologies tools and relevant platforms gov exp leading/coaching more junior people.

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.

Requirements:

Availability to work at the Clients site in Tallahassee FL (required);
IT work experience in programming and systems analysis (24 years);
Experience configuring services supporting monitoring and maintaining an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment;
Experience with groupware/messaging technologies tools and relevant platforms.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Provide technical expertise and systems analysis to the Enterprise Systems team in their work to manage and support the Microsoft 365 environment;
Works on multiple products activities and projects as a project team member occasionally as a project leader;
May coach more junior technical staff;
Defining the business requirements for the organizations next generation of collaborative work tools which involves working with endusers to develop specifications for the development and implementation of groupware applications (e.g. Lotus Notes Microsoft Exchange;
Evaluate and recommend associated hardware/software solutions based on business requirements and user needs.
