SQL DBA L3L4

Responsibility :

Ability to think about a problem identify what we have and implement solutions to solve the problem independently

Work with onsite client team / Application owners in US / UK to Migrate Applications Database building and Decommissioning

Ability to take lead on some projects and works as part of a team (follow another leader on others)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to think in and out of the box. Come up with service improvement ideas and innovative solutions.

Selfmotivated conscientious dedicated individual who works equally well independently or as a member of a team

Must be willing to take responsibility and ownership instead of waiting to be assigned work

The candidate must be willing to provide Oncall and weekend support for SQL and MYSQL the support is rotated among DBAs in US and India

Enable and support the team in resolving daytoday production issues application upgrades and patches performance analysis disaster recovery implementation capacity planning and other activities as may be necessary.

Work on Change implementations during UK US business hours & weekends as per change management process

Documentation & Operational performance reporting

Own Service Improvements

Execute on demand IT projects

Drive compliance to client and organization processes and policies

Ensure Quality of deliverables
