Sr. Quality Manager
About the Job:
Join as a Quality Engineer and contribute to the consistent application of quality techniques and compliance with quality requirements in our operations. As a member of the Quality Department your role will involve identifying and resolving product quality issues collaborating with customers and engineering personnel to determine root causes and generate action plans and promoting the use of problemsolving techniques for effective analysis and corrective action. Additionally you will manage quality metrics participate in quality reporting and interact with customers suppliers and contract manufacturers. This role requires a strong background in AS9100 QMS and experience in the electronics/electromechanical industry with an intuitive understanding of mechanical engineering processes.

To succeed in this role you must possess excellent attention to detail the ability to balance multiple projects in a fastpaced environment and strong problemsolving skills. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision demonstrate initiative and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential as is the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires sitting standing walking reaching and lifting up to 30 lbs. It also involves personal interaction with company personnel and the use of a computer and other office equipment. Close vision peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus are necessary.
