Job Title: Data Support and Analytics I3 (5019)

Location: Remote

Duration: 05 Months (high chances of possible extension)

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Ability to pull reporting for account managers to leverage with our enterprise merchants.
• This person will be tasked with pulling weekly reporting for some of our most strategic enterprise restaurant partners.

• Build and partner with Account managers to create Business Reviews for merchant meetings pull data to answer strategic questions from merchants.
• Support Merchant Escalations (internally) by navigating internal stakeholders across Merchant Experience Partners support etc.
• Navigate internal resources across SalesForce Wiki Mode/Snowflake Sigma GoogleSuite Tableau Slack
• Manage endtoend onboarding of new stores to DoorDash inclusive of managing escalations navigating blockers etc.
• Partner with Account Managers to pull together weekly sales and ops metrics to share with merchants.
• Collaboration and knowledge sharing within our team. We rely on each other to brainstorm solutions share points of view and gain efficiencies from our individual successes.

You will be asked to actively engage in this community to both give and receive support.

• Merchant performance analytics
• Answering specific questions about the success of sales marketing promotions conversion reporting etc.
• How are their sales / operational performance trending
• Internal business intelligence/improvement efforts
• You will be asked to build dashboards templates and tools that help drive efficiencies within our team.

Required Skills:

• • 35 years of experience.
  • SQL Query Writing Query Diagnostics.
  • Tableau SelfServe Data Tools.
  • Sheets/Excel Formula Writing Dataset Manipulation Visual Formatting Constructing Data Tools.
  • Slides/PPT Visualizations/Charts Visual Formatting Story Telling Report Building.
