As part of our team youll play a pivotal role in advancing influencer marketing as a key performance channel and in supporting our customer acquisition strategies.

Your Mission:

• Forge and nurture relationships with influencers and their representatives across the Netherlands as well as Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Scout and secure new influencer partnerships negotiate close and manage them.
• Conduct thorough performance analyses generating insightful reports to inform strategic decisions and actions.
• Manage influencer budgets KPIs and overall campaign performance with a resultsoriented mindset.
• Contribute to our digital presence by assisting with website updates organic social media engagement and customer service inquiries.
• Challenge and monitor our acquisition funnel with the eyes of a local.
• Unleash your creativity by supporting with compelling content for our email campaigns landing pages and social media platforms.

Your Path to Success:

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in marketing communications business or a related field.
• A keen understanding of social media trends and a genuine interest in influencer marketing.
• Previous experience in influencer marketing is a plus but enthusiasm for the field is a must.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English with strong communication skills in both languages.
• A collaborative spirit combined with proactive curious and adaptable qualities and robust negotiation and presentation skills.
• A drive for results and the ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
• A deep connection to the BENELUX region and an insightful understanding of its market and culture.
