Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in Jordan. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR management and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Jordan and UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
