REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 5 years in an enterprise Information Technology (IT) environment
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Intune Microsoft365 Windows 11 (incl. WVD/VDI) Intune SCCM Office 365 Enterprise Mobility Security (EMS) Teams etc.
• Microsoft Office 365 Security Azure ATP DLP AIP Windows Defender ATP Azure AD Azure AD PIM
• PowerShell and other scripting language
• Uptodate knowledge of Microsoft products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Technical documentation is a requirement of the position
• Ability to establish and maintain effective excellent working relationships at all levels
• Comfortable multitasking and working in a fastpaced environment across multiple projects of varying complexity
• Selfmotivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to visualize and articulate project parameters and scope of work
• Strong analysis and problemsolving ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory
• Highly selfmotivated and directed with a keen attention to detail and willingness to assume responsibility
• An openness to see problems or issues from various angles and a willingness to discuss and vet solutions until a common goal or idea is agreed upon
• Flexibility to adapt and adjust as required until the business needs are met
• Strong understanding of systems architecture from the application through infrastructure stack
• Excellent problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
