Head of Logistics

As the Head of Logistics at YOLA FRESH you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the logistics chain with a specific focus on the efficient distribution of fruits and vegetables. You will lead a dynamic team collaborating closely with the procurement team to optimize the supply chain ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining optimal logistic costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Chain Management:

• Supervise the entire logistics process from receiving products to distribution to customers.
  

• Develop strategies to optimize the logistics chain by minimizing costs while ensuring product quality.
  

Operational Planning:

• Develop effective operational plans to meet market demands.
  

Team Management:

• Recruit train and mentor a highperforming team of logistics professionals.

Cost Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining the quality of logistics operations.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within operations supply chain.
  

• Proven experience in a logistics management role.
