Part Time 70% RemoteHybrid Short Term Assignment with RD Nutrition Consultants LLC!

• Assignment Length: 8 week 70% remote assignment.
  
• Work Schedule: 2426 hours per week MondayFriday during normal business hours. 70% of hours are completed remotely via telehealth.
  
• Compensation: $30.00$36.00 per hour based on experience.
  
• Travel Compensation: Paid at your hourly rate for travel time to and from the facility.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred).
  
• Proficiency in providing general nutrition interventions.
  
• Experience with tube feedings.
  
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems.
  
• Knowledgeable about state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations.
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Undertake comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients and residents.
  
• Administer medical nutrition therapy including for wound healing and weight management.
  
• Offer nutritional counseling and education to both residents and their families.
  
• Ensure adherence to DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards.
  
• Execute tasks independently without the need for routine supervision.
