Documentation Intern

• Assist in the creation formatting and editing of documents using Microsoft Excel Word and other Office applications.
• Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and compile information for documentation purposes.
• Ensure compliance with established documentation standards and procedures.
• Assist in data entry and updating information in spreadsheets and databases.
• Provide support in the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance proficiency in MS Excel Word and other office tools.
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely completion of documentation tasks.
