Staff Nurse RGNRMN - Night Shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide highquality nursing care to residents including administering medication and treatments.
  
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
  
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents.
  

Requirements

• Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role preferably in a care home or residential setting.
  
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge with a focus on providing personcentered care.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents families and colleagues.
  
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team demonstrating flexibility adaptability and professionalism.
  
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning staying informed about industry trends and advancements.
