About Losung360 We are an Ecommerce Brand Enabler currently serving to 45 plus brands. Our business is divided into 2 main verticals: Demand Fulfilment and Demand Generation under which we have 4 service lines. As we have scaled to 1 lakh orders per day during our peak and 15000 orders per day in BAU we have realised to restructure our approach of doing business from providing scalable service lines to customers to creating products for our targeted customers achieve the required Productmarket fit scale evolve and reiterate. Currently we have conceptualised 4 Products for our Fulfilment Business. We operate in 8 Fulfilment Centres in Gurgaon Kolkata Hyderabad Bangalore and Mumbai spanning across 5.5 lakh sq. ft. Our Product(s) will be focused on midmile (Fulfilment Centre Ops) and last mile (aggregation and integration) fulfilment ops only. In the next phase we also intend to build and grow our product business in the ecommerce demand generation space to enable our customers to sell better online! Job

Description: Head Marketing

Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Marketing Head to lead our brand equity development digital asset creation and lead generation efforts. As the Marketing Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity building a strong online presence and driving business growth through effective lead generation strategies. You will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing plans that resonate with our target audience align with our vision and amplify our ecommerce enabler offerings.

Responsibilities:

1. Brand Equity and Identity:
Planning: Develop a meticulous plan for building and enhancing our brand equity. Identify key brand attributes and values that resonate with our target customers.
Development: Create a clear and compelling brand identity that reflects our companys mission and values. Craft messaging guidelines that convey our unique value proposition.
Organization: Organize crossfunctional workshops and collaboration sessions to ensure alignment on brand messaging and identity across all departments.

2. Digital Asset Creation:

Planning: Strategize and plan the development of various digital assets considering their role in conveying our brand story and engaging our audience.
Development: Collaborate with our design and content teams to develop a range of digital assets including website content graphics videos and infographics that highlight our services and expertise.
Organization: Implement an organized system for managing digital assets ensuring easy accessibility and consistency in branding across all materials.

3. Lead Generation Strategy:
Planning: Devise a wellstructured lead generation strategy that encompasses multiple online channels and touchpoints.
Development: Develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to capture leads including planning and creating compelling content offers webinars and downloadable resources.
Organization: Organize lead nurturing workflows and automation processes to engage and guide leads through the sales funnel effectively.
4. Content Strategy:
Planning: Plan a content strategy that covers a variety of topics related to e commerce enablement and distribution addressing pain points and interests of our target audience.
Development: Create highquality valuable content such as blog posts whitepapers case studies and guides that showcase our industry expertise.
Organization: Establish a content calendar and workflow to ensure consistent content creation and distribution across various channels.
5. Analytics and Measurement:
Planning: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with our marketing and business goals. Set up tracking systems to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Development: Develop a comprehensive analytics strategy to monitor the performance of lead generation initiatives and content engagement.
Organization: Organize regular reporting and analysis sessions to extract insights from data and refine marketing strategies based on results.
6. Team Leadership:
Planning: Create a leadership plan that outlines your approach to guiding and motivating your team towards achieving marketing objectives.
Development: Develop team members skills through training mentorship and constructive feedback. Delegate tasks effectively based on individual strengths.
Organization: Organize regular team meetings to foster communication share progress and ensure alignment on projects.
7. CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Planning: Strategize collaborative efforts with Sales Product and Operations teams to integrate marketing activities with overall business strategies.
Development: Develop a seamless feedback loop to gather insights from different departments and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
Organization: Organize crossfunctional meetings and workshops to facilitate collaboration and ideation across teams. Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in marketing Business or a related field (master s preferred)
Proven 810 yrs. of experience in B2B strategic marketing brand development and lead generation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
Analytical mindset with proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking
Experience with CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows
