The role holder is responsible for the assessment and management of training partners and external training providers. The role holder also clarifies the overall training demand in Kahramaa and ensures compliance with established international and regional regulations. Furthermore, the role holder derives implements a marketing strategy and measures for internal and external stakeholders.Core Responsibilities Responsibility for marketing activities in Kahramaa and the Region Middle East Strategic planning of targeted marketing activities Alignment with internal and external partners Responsibility for marketing budget Communication and clarification of training needs with business department. Assessment of training partners Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are in-line with Kahramaa health and safety regulations.RequirementsCandidate should be holder of:Holder of Business Administration degree or Learning & Development Specialisation with Marketing Certification.The candidate should be a bilingual speaker & writer.5 years of experience in a similar position
