The role holder is responsible for the licensing process coordination coordinating the assessment and management of training for potential partners as well as the assessment treating and management of the vocation training students. The role holder also clarifies the overall demand of licensers in Kahramaa and ensures compliance with established regulations. Furthermore the role holder will be the contact for the student during the vocational training.
Core Responsibilities:
Coordinating the assessment of potential training/licensing candidates
Coordinating the managing of the vocational training
Alignment with internal and external partners
Communication and clarification of licensing needs with business department.
Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification.
Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are inline with Kahramaa health and safety regulations.

Candidate should be holder of:
HR or Business Administration
Learning & Development Specialisation
Marketing Certification (optional)
The candidate should be a bilingual speaker & writer 3 years of experience in Learning and Development
