Our client is a wellestablished real estate investment and development firm located in South Africa. With 33 years of experience the privately owned and managed fund operates across South Africa and internationally with a strong focus on retail convenience properties.
Job Description: Credit Controller
As a Credit Controller your responsibilities will include monitoring customer accounts for delayed payments contacting clients to request payment reconciling accounts and preparing reports on customer account status. You will also manage credit limits for customers and recommend credit decisions to management. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Accounting knowledge and experience with accounts receivable software are preferred.
Minimum Requirements for a Creditors Clerk:
To be considered for a Creditors Clerk position there are several minimum requirements. Firstly you must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additionally basic math and computer skills as well as proficiency in accounting software are necessary. Previous experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping is preferred. Strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently are also vital for this role.
