Bilingual Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities: Developengaging content for our website and blog that attracts andconverts our target groups. Coordinate and review the translationof marketing content and other firm documents between English andArabic to cater to our diverse audience. Shoot raw footage as perthe content calendar to be used in various marketing campaigns.Maintain the Management Information System (MIS) of all Sales andMarketing activities. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys togather feedback and implement necessary improvements. Coordinatewith the graphic designer and Social Media Marketing Agency (SMMA)to align efforts and maximize brand presence. Monitor industrytrends and engage with users on social media, fosteringrelationships that encourage customer loyalty. Generate creativecontent ideas and strategies to increase audience engagement. Trackanalytics to gauge the success of campaigns and identify areas forimprovement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduate or upto 1 year of experience in a similar role. Internship experience inthe field is a plus. Full professional proficiency in reading,writing, and speaking English and Arabic. Proven experience withsocial media management, either through internships, educationalprojects, or personal endeavours. Strong written and verbalcommunication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability towork independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to managemultiple tasks while working under tight deadlines. Knowledge ofthe auditing, accounting, taxation, or business consulting industryis a plus.
