Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate calculation of employee wages.
• Coordinate and process data related to employee hours benefits taxes and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
• Generate reports and analyze payroll data to identify any discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Handle inquiries and resolve payrollrelated issues from employees.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Stay uptodate with changes in payroll laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Matric and Payroll/HR Diploma or Experience
• Sage Business Cloud Payroll /VIP Premier

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
• Experience with Sage Business Cloud Payroll and VIP Premier.
• Knowledge of payroll processes wages and NBCRFI.
• Familiarity with ESS ERS Biometrics and Timesheets.
