Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate calculation of employee wages.
- Coordinate and process data related to employee hours benefits taxes and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Generate reports and analyze payroll data to identify any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Handle inquiries and resolve payrollrelated issues from employees.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Stay uptodate with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Matric and Payroll/HR Diploma or Experience
- Sage Business Cloud Payroll /VIP Premier
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Experience with Sage Business Cloud Payroll and VIP Premier.
- Knowledge of payroll processes wages and NBCRFI.
- Familiarity with ESS ERS Biometrics and Timesheets.
