Job Description: Sales Negotiator

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
• Generate leads and actively pursue potential buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice and guidance to clients.
• Negotiate and close property deals by liaising between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends.
• Prepare and present accurate property valuations and sales offers to clients.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Detailoriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficient in using computer software and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Desired Experience:

Previous experience within the real estate industry is essential

Experience in negotiating and closing deals is highly desirable.

Must have own transport
