Job Description

• Plan and execute statutory audit engagements in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external audit firms to ensure timely completion of the audit process.
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards tax laws and regulatory requirements affecting the industry.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to the finance team on accounting treatment and disclosure requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant financial information for reporting purposes.
• Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and submission of financial statements to regulatory authorities.

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including finance legal and compliance to ensure a cohesive approach to financial management.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning.
