Responsibilities:

• Manage fastpaced highvolume ITAD operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure client satisfaction by meeting SLA dates and scheduling shipments accordingly.
• Assist in achieving and maintaining ISO& R2v3 certifications to uphold industry standards.

Requirements:

• 35 years of management experience within an operational environment preferably in IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).
• Strong organizational administration and communication skills.
• Previous experience with the ISO series and audits is highly desirable.
