Role Description

The Base Building Superintendent at client is in charge of supervising and coordinating building and site construction at a variety of commercial sites throughout the MidAtlantic region. This is a fulltime onsite position with a range of responsibilities including managing contractors and vendors overseeing building workers conducting inspections and audits and more. The superintendent will collaborate closely with the clients project manager subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure that the facility is completed on schedule and under budget.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Procore. Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Experience with building maintenance and operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and make smart judgments.
• 5 years experience
• Knowledge of construction codes and regulations.
