Tax Administrator

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates degree preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Detailoriented team player
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with the relevant documents for prior filing years and extensions.
• Open and close tax files
• Updating/maintaining the proper spreadsheets and databases
• When returns are ready to be filed submit them electronically or on paper to the relevant agency.
• onfirm that all returns have been electronically accepted and take necessary action if they have not.
• Address the clients concerns about the completion status of their tax return(s).
• Address client concerns about IRS letters and draft and deliver Powers of Attorney as appropriate.
• Organizing documents in income tax files
• During low peak season (other than tax season) support the firms CPAs with daytoday obligations.
• After closing the file transmit final copies of the results to the client.
