The primary responsibility of this job is to plan, develop and implement the HR strategy, policies and processes within the agreed time and budget. Further to ensure that right HR resources are provided to all functions to maintain and sustain performance and build the organization into a high performing organization.
Roles & Responsiblities
- Champion HR strategy formulation and ensure alignment of the HR strategy with organisation strategy.
- Manage the HR budget effectively, prioritizing initiatives for the business.
- Frame and implement HR Policies and Processes and periodically review the same for organizational fitness and alter / amend appropriately as per business requirements.
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
- Ensure effective implementation of all HR initiatives across the organization and ensure integration of HR efforts across location
- Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
- Build and implement the performance management system for all functions to build a performing culture in the Organization.
- Ensure to build a culture that adopts and adapts the Tirupati values in every day working.
- Build and implement the training strategy for all round personal and professional growth of all employees.
- Ensure the salary of all employee will be run and disbursed within time.
- Ensure the 100% Statutory compliance and attend the Statutory Audits as and when required.
- Manage the general administration for the well being of the organization and its employees with an eye on the overall cost

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA (HR), MPM
- Graduate from any stream
- Diploma In Travel Added Advantage
- 6-8 Yrs Experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in Transport Industry Added Advantage
