Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our lift solutions in Gauteng. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities as well as nurturing relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and lead generation activities.
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored lift solutions to meet the specific requirements of clients.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers architects contractors and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
5. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral presentations and promotional materials.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients effectively communicating the value proposition of our lift solutions.
7. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market developments to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
9. Provide regular sales forecasts pipeline updates and performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales preferably in the construction or building services industry.
Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex lift systems and solutions.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between prospective clients.
