One Act is a global startup engaged in software development and AI technology development.
One Act built the AIpowered trusted marketplace PieceX for buying and selling vetted and approved source code.
We are seeking a frontend web developer to join our team. As a frontend developer you will be responsible for the user interface of our PieceX. Qualified candidates will be expected to have a working knowledge of HTML5 CSS and JavaScript and a basic understanding of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design.
Job Description:
The key responsibilities for frontend developer position includes:
- Transform wireframe/mockup designs into frontend code with HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Create responsive/ adaptive website pages
- Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
- Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.
- Create Blog and Landing Pages using WordPress
- Onsite search engine optimization (SEO)
- Stay uptodate on emerging technologies
The successful applicant:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing modern responsive and crossbrowsercompatible websites using HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery and Bootstrap
- Working knowledge of SEO principles
- Experience with crossbrowser compatibility testing
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- An ability to perform well in a fastpaced environment
- BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Excellent verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
