سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيKey accountabilities for the role include: • Execute outlet operations including customer service relationship and inventory management • Assist line manager in monitoring employee, operations and food wastage • Monitor the performance of assigned outket service • Maintain outlet inventory, cleanliness, food rotation and menu service consistency • Provide assistance to the dining Services management in all service preparations, kitchen rules, service standards, cleanliness and inventory controls for Dining Services • Responsible for training team leaders for specific duties and responsibilities and ensuring that the standard of service and cleanliness are maintained as per HACCP standard • Ensure proper maintenance, clesning and operations of the outlet and service equipment • Responsible for the commercial follow-up of the project by exploring new opportunities and establish contact with existing customers to improve the cafeteria food safety, service quality and hygiene • Assist line manager in the execution of administrative function such as reporting, quality assurance and department meetings • Coordinate with all concerned departments for smooth operations • Evaluate the standard of HACCP and take the corrective action • Ensure that every individual staff meet grooming standards ar workplace with clean shaved/trimmed hair and beard Qualifications Qualifications and Experience: University Qualification with 2 years relevant experience OR High School Qualification with 3 years relevant experience Job Specific Skills: Essential: • Previous experience in Hotel/Restaurant as a Senior Supervisor • Good spoken and written English • Ability to work under high pressure • Strong leadership/managerial skills • Computer literate and POS knowledge Please see below for all eligibility and requirements for internal applications and please note that any applications not meeting the criteria will not be processed. .
